Below you will find a selection of forms for use if you are seeking permission for your son or daughter to drive to school, for late arrival or early departure, and for leave of attendance from school.
In addition, throughout the year there will be a number of forms sent to you directly by post or email, seeking your permission and approval to attend particular excursions or take part in co-curricular activities.

Policies
Enrolment at TAS is conditional on students and their families abiding by guidelines and policies that have been developed for the wellbeing of the students and staff in our care.
It is important that all families are familiar with these policies and guidelines to ensure TAS remains a place where respect and responsibility are valued and the academic, co-curricular and social interests of all students can be maintained at the highest level.
